Excellent organization! We loved our pilot, so experienced, took us to through valley with such accuracy and skills that allowed us to dive in the Fairy Chimneys! Highly recommended!

Excellent experience. We did the sunrise flight and this is definitely worth doing.
- Prompt and accurate communication from the operator
- Pick up Driver was right on time (3:50 AM)
- Very basic breakfast provided on the way
- Flight crew was very nice and helpful
- There were around 22-25 people on the flight, so please adjust expectations accordingly
- Nice (non-alcoholic) Champagne at the end of the flight along with certificates
- Smooth ride back to the hotel

Our tour went off without a hitch and was the best one of them all! We were the first balloon up, saw the entire sunrise, and were still cruising when all the other balloons were in the air too. Saw pigeon valley up very close. Perfect photo ops. The basket was quite full (as with all tours) but not cramped. My important tip is, when landing, you must squat down and hold the handles. Our pilot gave us no info on this, it was just listed on our little treat bag which no one noticed at 5am. Some people stumbled a bit in the basket when landing.

Great communication all the way through, on-time pickup and patient driver.
The balloon experience was amazing! The weather was perfect, the flight was breathtaking and the crew was helpful both boarding and deboarding (climbing in and out of) the basket.
Truly an overall incredible experience worth the early wake up time!

On time pick up. Good staff. Absolutely stunning scenery. Worth the effort but do negotiate because we paid less than others. Also call a few places because we found better deals when we got there.
