It was a great experience!! I got picked up at 2:55 am, which was quite early, but it was worth it. Lovely view! The staff was great too.

I had an amazing experience with this company, The crew's energy and dedication to their work were impressive and made the balloon ride even more enjoyable. The ride itself was awesome and an unforgettable adventure. To top it off, they provided us with breakfast, even though it wasn't included in the package. Overall, my experience was very good, and I highly recommend them

Everything well organised. They picked us up in front of the hotel, offered us a small breakfast and then accompanied us to the hot air balloons. It was an indescribable experience!!! at the end they offered us a non-alcoholic “prosecco” (fortunately given the time :-)) and took us back to the front of the hotel. Very well organised! RECOMMEND!!! !!

After our original flight was cancelled due to the weather (this was with a different company), we booked this trip last minute and it did not disappoint! It was a very early start but the transfers were smooth and ran without a hiccup. We were aware there was the possibility we wouldn’t be flying over Göreme but this wasn’t an issue for us, we had already seen the fairy chimneys on foot. We arrived at a cafe for a quick tea and a snack then were off to the balloon site. Everything was very professional and the flight itself was incredible. There were 15 other balloons flying too which made it even more magical. The flight was finished off with a non-alcoholic drink before being dropped back at our hotel. Honestly we couldn’t fault this trip! Considering the amount that was being charged in the village for these flights, this is a bargain! You won’t regret it.
