Lovely staff very informative. Comfortable mini bus. Two main stops were brilliant. Would have liked longer at the waterfalls and less time in Mostar. Mini bus was much quicker through customs than the coaches.

Great day trip. highly recommend it. Kravice waterfalls was pretty. worth a visit. Mostar was beautiful town, lots of history. Special shout out to Luca who was our driver as well as tour guide. extremely knowledgeable and I learnt so much about the history of all the different states, history, wars, current status, about the people of Bosnia etc in 1-2 hours. Loved the tour, thank you.

This was an excellent trip! Luca the driver and guide picked me up at the allocated location exactly on time. He was very friendly straight away. The seats on the van were really comfortable and there was air con. He kept us entertained from the beginning... Luca is so knowledgable and interesting. He has a lovely soothing voice, so if you prefer to close your eyes and fall asleep, you can. As we were picked up super early we got to the border without a cueue. And just took an hour to get to the border. Then once we entered Bosnia, we stopped off at a delicious bakery and cafe, perfect for a quick breakfast. You need small cash. Then off to Kravice waterfalls. You need to pay the guide 13£ for entrance to the falls. They were lovely, but nothing amazing. But a pleasant one hour stop on the way to Mostar. In Mostar we had a local tour guide for about 45 mins, then the rest of the time was free to wander around or grab lunch. Of course it is very busy with day trippers. I'm staying the night in Mostar, so glad I am as much less busier in the evening. If you want somewhere great to stay near the Old Town I can recommend Casa Naro. I had a lovely dinner of ćevapi with a beer (super cheap) and am now enjoying a couple of vinos at Bijeli Bar overlooking the Old Bridge. Mostar is beautiful and well with the trip... enjoy!! 🤗

Great day trip from Dubrovnik. The driver and guide were excellent. Although Mostar was great, I wish we had more time allocated at Kravice Waterfalls.

East meets west bazaar, nature, architecture, history, beauty, swimming, homemade food and cheap ice cream. A most memorable tour all in one day! Highly recommend!

The host Karmela and the Driver of the Bus were so nice and warm towards all the guests . She explained each and every thing with great zeal and concern to all the tourists in the bus through out the day . I regretfully forgot to reach the bus in time at Kravice falls but She kept on trying to reach me and waited for us for about 15 minutes which was really good at her part . During past 5 years I have used the services of Viator so many times but they never made me felt wrong for my decision to rely on their services. Mostar was also a good one which I recommend while traveling to the Dubrovnik.

It was a wonderful tour. The tour guide told us about the history of all the important towns, villages and points of interest along the way to Mostar. It was a party of 48, as the vehicle was full up.
Mostar is beautiful, the best part for me was climbing the mosque minaret (€8) and taking pictures of the old bridge.
The trip to the waterfall was short, but well worth it. My only snag is the extra €10 (waterfall entrance)and €3 (Bosnia tax) collected by the tour guide, this should be added on to the cost of the tour.
