Very nice boat, good organized. Friendly staff. I can recommend them. It’s a shame they don’t do the trip Gili Air to Nusa Lembongan otherwise I would have also Chosen Blue Water

The service was punctual and efficient. We had a driver organised to pick us up on our return to Padang Bai and take us to Legian. It all worked seamlessly. I think Bluewater Express is more expensive than its competitors, but in my opinion, it’s worth it!

Travelled from Padangbai to Gilli T.
Their driver picked us up from our Ubud hotel as scheduled, drove very well.
Well organised at Padangbai.
Ferry left on time and felt safe on board. Arrived on time.
Only minor issue was that we did not get a seat together.

The way to Lombok was very well managed. We had several suitcases which were taken care of from the moment of stepping out from the taxi. All went very well.
When trying to come back from Lombok the weather had turned very windy and the boat could not make it. Therefore Bluewater ordered a bus for all passengers and took everyone to the bigger local boat. As that could not make the transfer either Bluewater arranged hotel rooms for everyone and even paid for the rooms. That was amazing service and the way they organised all this for more than 40 people was just admirable.
We want to give special thanks to Yeni and Kuse for their professional attitude, sense of empathy and positive touch and wish them and the whole company all the best.

After reading the horror stories of some boat companies I was dreading this. I really shouldn’t have worried. I booked a shared transfer from ubud to Padangbai. They text the day before to confirm the collection time from our hotel.
On arrival the port they checked us and our luggage in and we waited in a comfortable area. Plenty of places to get a drink etc.
The boat was big with air conditioning and the ride to Gili T was fairly smooth. Bags were unloaded quickly.
I have absolutely no complaints about anything and would use them again. Many thanks

Normally suffer pretty bad with sea sickness but was absolutely fine the whole journey!

Difficult to know how to rate Bluewater because I have no experience with the other lines. Bluewater got us to and from Gili right on time. Also, I noted Bluewater has passengers meet at a central point and then delivers the luggage to the boat, which was more convenient than having to handle it on the pier under high temperatures. A taxi driver told us that all the lines were pretty much the same, so whether it is worth the additional cost, I cannot say. The accomodations on board were certainly not luxurious, and legroom was reminicent of some of the worst economy seats.

Be careful of you book months in Advance cause of you cancel, even if the policy said they refund you ...they disappear and with them tour money

After reading some horror stories of other providers and seeing it first hand whilst there, I am delighted we chose BlueWater Express, which was recommended by our hotel. We had a private vehicle pick us up and take us to the Bluewater Express offices at the habour, where we checked in. Our luggage was taken and loaded onto the boat whilst we had a short walk before boarding the boat. Great service!
