We enjoyed the beautiful scenery and the sites along the route. Unfortunately I couldn’t recommend the tour for several reasons.
1. The pick up process was chaotic. I booked the reservation but the tour guide had my son in law’s name on his list. As a result he told me to check in with another company when I gave him my name. He didn’t have the confirmation number. Fortunately we didn’t miss the bus.
2. The headsets didn’t work so we got no tour information.
3. We felt rushed at every stop - barely enough time for the restroom.

Friendly guide and driver (Amber and José), clear information, and even though both of them are Scottish, but can felt their passion and love to this country

Juan did an extraordinary job teaching us the history of Scotland as we went around the Highlands. He gave us good advice on where to eat.
The seating in the bus could have used more space for legs.

Juan Manuel was awesome. Unfortunately it was an all day trip in a small uncomfortable van instead of a coach bus. The driver was a bit aggressive but without incident. Our stops were very nice. Our guide told us so many amazing things. Overall we really enjoyed it.

Overall wonderful experience. The nature in highlands is breathtaking. Very smooth and on time ride with the driver Sandra. Our tour guide Alec was very knowledgeable, friendly and funny. Highly highly recommended 👍🏻😊

Completely unprofessional service. Bus was left before we reached there. We did not even get a courtesy call. Also we got complete disrespectful customer care service. Avoid this tour service.

Our tour was canceled and we were informed the morning we arrived for the tour. We were told we could go on another tour and that they had our names. We walked over to that bus and they did not know who we were. However, the second bus coordinator arranged for us to take another, less expensive tour (56 pounds each - the original tour was 62 pound each, not a large difference but disappointing that no has contacted us regarding the difference in price and the amount we actually paid).
The replacement tour and guides were excellent but the last minute changes were very disappointing.
Our original tour was for Loch Ness, Glencoe and The Scottish Highlands Tour from Edinburgh. The tour provided us was Loch Lomond, Stirling Castle and the Kelpies.

The scenery was astoundingly beautiful.
Our tour guide was a bit difficult to hear while on the bus.
Most time was spent on the bus driving-one with wifi and a bathroom would suit this tour.
