It was such a lovely trip, we enjoyed it so much. The wine and food tasting at the beginning was so cool and way more than I had expected was included in the prize. Our guide Moreno was a fun guy who told us lots of interesting facts and stories about Catania and the Etna. And the vulcano itself - was breathtaking. The whole atmosphere and landscape, it was a surreal experience to walk up to one of the craters and see a cave from the inside. 10/10 recommend. If you are nearby you should definetely check this out.

Alessandro was great. He shared a wealth of knowledge, flexible with the planned activities, and very passionate about the mountain and it's history.

I was on Etna with my partner on Sunday 16 June 2024 for the sunset visit with Etna Tribe. Simone, our guide for the occasion, was very kind and really helpful, knowledgeable and very nice, a real added value that Etna Tribe should be proud of. The day was not the best due to the weather which did not allow us to fully enjoy the atmosphere of the Etna sunset, furthermore the cable car to the summit craters was already closed at 7.00pm, despite this we visited the suggestive sylvan craters and discovered a multitude of curiosities about Etna and its surroundings.

We had an amazing time with our tour guide Salvo. He was extremely enthusiastic and knowledgeable. We saw amazing views and learnt so much about Etna, Sicily and volcanos. Would highly recommend :)

There was a free (wine, olive oil, small bites etc) tasting tour to try out everything from Sicily. The host was great and explained alot during the tour.

This was the perfect tour up to Etna and has been the highlight of our trip!
Valentina was a great guide and could tell us a lot about the vulcano, the history and the natural landscape. She is very clear in her communication and everything went smooth.
We started with a tasting of so many things like wine and their pistacho cream, it was so good!
Afterwards we went to a lava cave where Valentina explained a lot about the different lavastreams.
And then we went up the vulcano! She took us to the craters and could tell us everything about them. She also knew the best spots for pictures which did not disappoint during the beautiful sunset.
All in all an amazing tour with a great guide and group. Would defenitely recommend it!

Beautiful tour. Pickup directly from the hotel in Catania by van by the guide. First stop a super food and wine tasting in a cellar in Ragalna (visit of the wine shop followed by various tastings of local products and wines they produce). Second stop: visit to a cave dug out by lava. Finally, a short trek on the Silvestri Craters starting from Rifugio Sapienza (accessible to all - light trekking shoes recommended).
We were offered the possibility of doing a quad or mountain bike route instead of trekking (places limited based on vehicle availability for that day).
Return to the city of Catania to the pickup point, with the possibility of dropping off at a different point from the pick up.

Highly recommended and unmissable experience.
