Since 1998, Vincenzo, Vito's son, raised by the smells of musts and climbing the "mountains" of marc of the grapes processed at the Florio plant, immediately manifests his vocation for wine, he is the one who takes care of the company and relaunches the family brand, together with his wife Liliana.
The building was erected at the beginning of the 19th century, a historical architectural-engineering complex of the Cellar and now also a Museum, tastings of organic wine and oil from the Adamo farm, celebrate the entrepreneurial action and worker heroism of the twentieth century. The wine museum, where you can buy food and wine excellences, is a structure that combines history and food and wine, to discover the winemaking traditions of the past, among the wonderful scenarios of Sicily. The historical path is taken care of by the owner Vincenzo Adamo - agronomist, who will accompany you through the supply chains and the indigenous flavors and aromas of Sicily.

This was an amazing experience! Serene and historical with some of the best wine and food you could possibly ask for! I would highly recommend this experience for anyone traveling in Sicily.

Super easy and relaxed atmosphare where we got first known some details about the wine and Later by a long lunch we could taste a lot of really nice and good food with some super buono wine!! All familiy really so nice 10/10

Immersive experience in history, reliving the Baglio where in the early 1900s the Florio family created an industrialized agricultural company. The landlady Liliana welcomed us and made us relive the industrious life of the farmhouse with her stories, taking us on a tour of the structure and machinery of the time. After tasting the wines they produce, enchanted by the beauty of the place, we asked if we could have lunch without having made a prior reservation. Excellent lunch with local surprises, excellent wine and very kind staff.
The accompaniment of Mrs. Luisa on the visit, illustrating the past, the present and above all the future of the activity, was done with great emphasis and emotion. Absolutely worth trying

We were at the Baglio to celebrate my niece's first communion and we appreciated the hospitality and beauty of the place rich in Sicilian history. Lunch was delicious and the service was excellent.

Fantastic experience, we were shown and explained all the history and process of making the wine.
Vincenzo and Liliana were fantastic hosts.
The wine was delicious and the food was incredible too.

Unusual wine tour but really beautiful. It felt we were visiting family.
Great history of the vineyards, baglio and the railway connecting the winery.
The food was superb and the wines very different but great.
If you are looking for the usual wine tour, don’t go. If you want a genuine, family style tour, this is great

This was a unique experience and discussion in wine making in Sicily, particularly in Alcamo. Vincenzo was fantastic and we really enjoyed speaking with him. Dinner was made by the wonderful Vito - who made sure we tried a range of typical dishes and wines and we left fully satisfied! Highly recommend and wish Vincenzo the best with the future of Baglio Florio and Adamo Winery :)
