The tour (15 km) leads straight through the Prater towards the banks of the floodplains of the Danube Canal (popularly also called 'Little Danube'), the old Danube and the Danube Island, sandwiched between the (large) Danube and the New Danube. Also cycle through the new heart of Vienna: Danube City with its impressive buildings (including UN headquarters and DC Tower, the tallest building in Austria). The Danube banks are a unique part of Vienna where there is much to do and see. The tour takes you along beautiful riverbanks, nature, panoramic views and modern architecture of Vienna. In short: the 'other' Vienna. Along the way we stop to have a drink at one of the cozy terraces along the banks and to take a nice picture of the Viennese skyline.

My Vienna Tours notified me that they would likely be canceling the Hidden Vienna Bike Tour I had purchased through Viator. Two weeks later, they permitted Viator to confirm the tour and charge me. I reached out several times - first to confirm whether the tour was proceeding (it was not) then to obtain a refund. They refused to simply refund me, stating I needed to supply my "banking" information. When I asked for clarification, and whether they couldn't simply notify Viator, this company simply ignored the email. So, they permit you to sign up and pay for tours they don't intend to conduct, and then are unresponsive when you seek to obtain confirmation/clarification. Use a different operator.
