Our guide, Angela was super. She was a local with vast knowledge of the island and was happy to share it. We had an awesome time.

Olaya, our guide was fantastic, she was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and a joy to be with.
We where very lucky to be in a small family group and that we didn’t have to share the van with anyone else.
Olaya got us to Tymanfa before the crowd’s arrived, it was an incredible experience.

Unfortunately, the trip was canceled 1 day before the start of the excursion. This made it no longer possible to book another trip because everything was full.

We had chance to have almost a private tour (only 4 people) with our guide who was very friendly and sympathetic. She showed us several spots on north of volcanoes parc with a lot of details and stories… we carried on with vines degustation and beautiful place with an amazing green lake in front of a beach with black sand and big waves … lots of pictures and good moments … we will keep this tour in our memories and advise everyone to book it without any doubt … Olena & David

My partner and I booked the 'Lanzarote Volcano Tour and Timanfaya National Park' trip 11-weeks in advance based on the good reviews. The tour was advertised as lasting 5 hours with six stops and they would collect you from your accommodation for €80 per person, which seemed fair. We received confirmation the following day confirming they could pick us up at our Airbnb in Teguise.

However, over 5 weeks later they emailed us making the suggestion that they could no longer collect us one as one of the members of staff had misread our pick-up address.

10 emails later and with 2 days to go until the trip they still hadn't confirmed whether our trip was going ahead. We therefore emailed them with an alternative pick up point suggested by a taxi driver. They accepted this suggestion the following day and confirmed they could collect us after all.

The trip commenced at about 08:30, we visited four of the six advertised locations and were dropped off before midday. As there were 8 other people on the bus we decided not to make a fuss at the time and assumed it could be resolved amicably over email.

I emailed the company later that day enquiring about why our trip had missed two locations and the trip had been cut short. No reply. I emailed the company 3 days later requesting a partial refund to compensate for the missed stops and shortened trip. No reply. I emailed the company 3 days later advising it was disappointing that thay had ignored us and that we'd need to pursue some possible recovery via our credit card company. No reply.

Overall, it feels unreasonable for two people to pay €160 to visit 60 % of the advertised locations and have the trip cut short by 90 minutes. However, to then ignore enquiries about why it had happened is very poor.

A reply from the company - either through here or by email - would still be welcomed.

8 of us took this tour with Angela. You cannot dispute her passion for her homeland but she was right when she said on several occasions, there’s nothing to see here. You can only see so many rock formations before they become a little boring. Camel rides were a bit disinteresting and I don’t like the idea of 2 people on each camel. We rode camels in tangier and it was one per person, this double weight I didn’t care for. Otherwise it was an ok trip, Angela was delightful and it was a very comfortable vehicle

Amazing place. Recommend a camel ride. Only 11 euros.. 20 per person for nation park, that included a bus trip round the spectacular area..

Blown away by the sheer scale of the volcanic and earthquake eruptions in the South of Lanzarote. The landscape is like something you might expect to see on another far away planet - so to see it first hand and for the entrance fee of €20 pp is a snip. We drove to Timanfaya in a hire-car, but however you get there I’d recommend it.

Great experience to drive around an actual volcano . Very informative with spectacular views. Topped off with a meal actually cooked by the heat of the volcano. Then a great little ride up volcano on a camel brilliant ! And good value for money aswell.
