Very knowledgeable staff. They waited for us and walked in at the airport exactly one hour after our arrival, as advertised.
We would have preferred more explanations of sites as we were driving through the city but otherwise very nice. Got good explanations at the scheduled stops.

My husband and my we take a tour with Bcn Exclusive, we get a great day during our short time in Barcelona, Isaac our tour guide was great, he took as to many places of Barcelona, our time was short since we have to take a plane after the cruise, Isaac customize our time, and we see so more than we thought, and our experience was short but great.

Worst ever. We stopped one time. We couldn't hear the driver. Basically, except for stopping at the beach we drove around town.

I wouldn’t say this was a tour it was more of a transport service. We only made one stop at the Sagrada Familia. Driver was very kind.

The tour was great but the fact that our driver hustled us into a $400 US lunch so he could collect a gratuity from Salamander restaurant

Wonderful having a driver to get around the city and picks you up at your hotel. Drops you off at sites with tickets (which are extra) and picks you up in an hour or so. The driver only took us to the 2 sites (Pedrera and Park Guell) that I had tickets for. He did tell us about things that we passed on the way to the sites. My only negative is that I thought we were going to driven by more sites and he also dropped us off 25 minutes early (the time was supposed to be 4 hours).
