Unable to even access the experience. When boarding at the first stop, I was told that the ticket had already been redeemed. I contacted Viator to see what the issue was; they attempted to contact City Sightseeing offices first by phoning them (no answer) and then by e-mail (second day of waiting for a response). I have no idea who is now responsible for getting me a refund. It would have been easier to buy the ticket on the day from the vendor and not via Viator.

Good guide and typical hop on/off experience. Guide was knowledgeable. We didn’t get off and just took the tour in its entirety.

Really great way to see the city! Even though a few stops weren’t available due to city construction, we really enjoyed the tour and learned about Glasgow.

Had a live person explaining what we were seeing. She was great! When we got on the bus later and listened to the recorded information about the sites, the information was very good as well. This is the best way to see the sights and then pick and choose the places you want to explore. Don’t miss the Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum.

Live commentary which was fantastic! Maureen did an excellent job of telling us all the sites. The red route is about 1.5 hr and is very comprehensive.

Driver and Guide were lovely and so kind when my ticket didn't work. Unfortunately, customer service was an issue as when I when my ticket didn't work, they just kept telling me to scan the same ticket and in the end didn't offer a refund for a bad ticket. Super annoying. Thankfully the driver and guide were very helpful and understanding and let me on as I tried to work through the ticket issue with customer service. Ended up having to buy another ticket in the end and not super thrilled they wouldn't refund the one that didn't work.

Great as always, pavement staff and drivers are always very intresting to talk too. Really enjoyed the Tour, bought a Two Day Combo for both the Red and Yellow Tours, Red Tour was great with Live Commentry, Yellow Tour was ok with the commentry, we learnt a lot about this side of the City which we hadn't explored before. But I feel it lacked a few places such as going into Govan, where there are a few things I believe would be of interest to everybody, as it is now, I also feel that many of the places of interest are a little farther than most people would like to walk, especially if the weather is shall we say a little on the damp side. It could possibly do with a few more interchanges with the Red Tour.

Brilliant way to see the city of Glasgow, especially if you have limited time. We went on the red route, very good value £18 for the day. Our guide on the bus was so well informed and not only told us a lot as we were going along but answered our questions as well. We got on at George Square and made our first stop at Kelvingrove Museum & Art Gallery where we spent several hours including walking up to the University and istening to the daily organ recital in the Museum. Back on the bus we rode to the Cathedral and Necropolis, a far reaching cemetary on a hill behind the Cathedral with great views from the top. We caught the last bus back into George Square, a great day and weather!
