With this activity you will learn how the balinese people prepare their food, get to see the local farmer work in the rice farm, trekking or cycling down hill with the rice Terrace view, get to know the herb, vegetable and tropical fruit plant, cook more than 5 balinese recipe, with organic and fresh vegetable from the farm.

My sister and I had such a great day and something we will remember for a long time.
It's 1.5hr drive from Seninyak but it was worth the drive. It started with our driver Wayan, he arrived early and was informative and very friendly. He stopped and bouggt water and he even bought some of my favourite fruit for the ride home (he went the extra mile)
The scenery is stunning and we loved the short trek prior to the cooking class.
The cooking class was so much fun and super delicious. We also was provided with the recipe book to keep....Best day!

Absolutely fantastic, authentic and present experience that I would recommend to everyone! After a beautiful trekking trip in the rice fields, we had to pick the vegetables and plants we needed for the cooking. The family was extremely nice and knowledgeable. They guided us through the whole experience, and we definitely didn't leave hungry. Definitely the best meal we've had so far - with the most beautiful view!

The cooking class is really nice but the whole package with the beautiful scenery, the fresh food out of the gardens, the personal and friendly service makes the experience so much more! Amazing experience in a beautiful part of Bali. The hosts were very knowledgeable and catered to several dietary requirements within our group - 1 vegan & 1 kosher! Would highly recommend during a trip to Bali. We were picked up at our hotel in Canggu too.

Amazing cooking class using organic produce from the instructor’s farm. Beautiful rice paddies trek before cooking. The food was incredibly delicious and the hosts unbelievably hospitable. Extremely friendly people in a wonderful setting.

We had an amazing day at the cooking class. Such an intimate experience where the family welcomed us so well. We made so many dishes and got SO much value for money. We picked the vegetables and herbs ourselves from the garden and it was all incredibly authentic and well-informed.
We also went on the most beautiful hike! Very highly recommended!

If you are looking for an authentic experience, you don’t need to look any further! From the pick up at our hotel to the drop off at the end of the day we had an incredible Balinese experience. Our day began with a drive through some small villages to the UNESCO site of Jatiluwih Rice terraces where red and white rice has been grown the same for hundreds of years. This followed with a guided trek through the paddies where we learned about the planting and harvesting. Once we reached Kubu Rice terraces we were met with traditional Balinese music and were greeted by Made and Davi Seneng, our gracious hosts. Before cooking we were taken through their garden and learned about Balinese spices and picked organic vegetables and herbs for our meals. From there we learned to make many meals from a spice base called Bumbu Bali and ended with a delicious dish of fried banana. I cannot recommend this experience enough!

We were picked up promptly with a smile! Fantastic trip with Happy and his son. Walked through rice fields and welcomed into the family gardens and kitchens. Made a fantastic meal with vegetables picked from garden. Full 4 course meal made with coffee. Had enough to take back and eat in evening. Such good value and a brilliant experience. Something you won't regret booking.
