The train ride up the mountain was pleasant and scenic. Not much to do at the top but the views were amazing. The boat ride across the lake back to Lucerne was pleasant as well.
Lucerne was awesome, great restaurants and the covered flower Bridge was cool.

I organised this trip for my parents and their friends and they absolutely loved it. Rigi is not talked about much but it is a different experience overall compared to other famous attractions.

The blurb on the trip does not make clear exactly what you are getting for your money.
Whilst the trip is a great trip it did not explain that our guide would not accompany us for much of the trip and we were left at the bottom of Mt Rigi up to the point that we all met up again in Lucerne.

It was fine to be on our own after we figured everything out. I felt it would have been better if the guide had given us more information. The boat ride was nice.

The tour guide ( Monica) is excellent. I highly recommend any tours that she is guiding. She explains very well and she is very kind
