It was great!
A private visit to 2 sites away from the tourist crowds. Departure from Playa del Carmen, a few kms in the jungle and here we are in front of a cenote just for us for 30 minutes, a magical meeting. Then departure for the 2nd location: exploration of underground caverns. Total enchantment, the perfect connection with this generous and peaceful nature. Only happiness
All this accompanied by Christian, an outstanding guide who knows a lot about the fauna, flora and the underground world. A guide in love with this nature, its animals and everything that surrounds it. Perfectly perfect, it is at the top of the best. You won't be able to find better, that's for sure. Thanks also to Claudia, our very friendly driver and photographer.
In short, if you want to enjoy magnificent places far from the hustle and bustle, this is the getaway you need without hesitation.
We loved it 💚 even beyond our expectations.

This was a scam. I should have known better. It was half the price of the same tour from a different operator and it only had 5 reviews. No response from the guide. I sent two messages to clarify pickup spot. Zero communication. I had to call Viator to get my refund. My taxi ride to and from the pickup spot I had to eat. $60 wasted.

The trip was absolutely beautiful. We swam inside caves and it was an incredible experience. Our tour guide was so professional and made our trip enjoyable.

Such an amazing experience. The tour guides were very friendly, they spoke english/spanish very well, all questions were answered and we had a fun time! They took us to beautiful attractions. They made my vacation memorable! I will be coming back to them again. I recommend Chris & Karen.

It was a great experience... the guide is the best, he knows a lot about the caves, makes sure it is safe for you, i went with my family and we had the best time... super personalized and not too crowded.
