Bacalar Boat Tour and Visit to Cenotes

We had a great time with Hugo on the Bacalar boat tour! We were a little late and Hugo came back to grab us. He was knowledgeable & friendly! I learned so much about Bacalar on our trip. Highly recommend this tour.

Nous avons fait un très beau tour en voilier une partie avec et sans moteur avec Angelo comme capitaine et Santa Fe comme skipper. Nous avons pu nous baigner à deux reprises et voir de beaux paysages. Mention spéciale à Angelo qui parle très bien français et nous à expliquer en détail la lagune. MERCI

The boat tour was totally wonderful! Juan Carlos Aladin, our tour guide was very attentive and described each stop at the various cenotes in detail. The trip was flawless, informative and excellent!

Me encantó el lugar, el servicio inxreible. Carlos, el capitán siempre atento y muy servicial. Hubo aguas y cervezas cuando las pedíamos.

We had an amazing tour with Banda ! He was so friendly, helpful and his English was amazing :) he gave us lots of relevant information about the area and took us to some great swimming spots. He kept checking in if everything was ok and we had some great conversations as it was just us on a tour at 3pm!
It was a little overcast that day due to the storm but the swimming and the boat was still really enjoyable. It was good to see that areas of the lagoon were being protected from tourists so you don’t cause damage.
We loved the fresh fruit and option to have a nice cold beer on the lagoon.
Banda had lots of good information about the local area too and even recommended us a good spot to have dinner that night! Please pass on our thanks to him :)

Es un excelente tour con vista espectacular en la Laguna de Bacalar. Está bien organizado y el bote "el Fondiu", muy bonito y cómodo. Nuestro Capitán Carlos, con toda la actitud positiva y muy amena para llevarnos a los sitios de interés en la Laguna. El tour nos incluyó agua, cerveza y piña/mango deliciosos. Lo único que sugiero es se controle el volumen y tipo de música para no generar contaminación auditiva. Es un tour ampliamente recomendado y que volvería hacer. Me gustó mucho y la calidad del servicio en general es excelente.

We took the boat tour and visited cenotes with our certified guide, Carlos. He was very friendly and made us feel safe both onboard and in the swimming areas. Carlos also shared relevant information about the points of interest we visited. It was great that the snacks provided during the tour were fresh fruit, and they had good options for non-alcoholic beverages. The value for money is excellent compared to other agencies, as I inquired at several places before booking.

My only suggestion is to regulate the volume and type of music played during the tour, as some of us would prefer to enjoy the journey in peace. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I highly recommend it.
