After chatting with the local sales people, we decided to check online to compare offers. We search for the best lagoon tour and this website popped up immediately with 5 stars rating. We really liked that this tour offered 3 hrs long tour, which included plenty of swimming time in the lake, healthy snacks and drinks (fresh cucumber/lime water and beer). In addition to the overwhelming number of good reviews, this tour company lets you use their kayaks and paddle boards after the boat tour ends. We had a great experience with the friendly tour captain Jose "El Banda", he made sure we had a great time! We did not regret making our trip to enjoy the beautiful lagoon with the folks at Daytour Bacalar.

We had a wonderful experience with Jose Banda and enjoyed the boat ride and there stops. It was an overcast day for half of the day and the water was still so magnificent!

Vanochtend deden wij een van 8u tot 11u een boottocht op de Lagune van Bacalar. Daniël was onze gids, hij sprak goed Engels, zoals we hadden geboekt.
Het was een waanzinnige ervaring en zeer de moeite waard, zeker op de vroege ochtend. Het wordt niet toegestaan om met zonnebrand te zwemmen, dit om de Lagune te beschermen, des te meer is een vroege boottocht fijn zodat je niet volledig verbrand terug komt.
Wij vonden de tour meer dan de moeite waard en zeker met Daniël als tourguide. Toen wij aan het zwemmen waren vroegen we hem een foto van ons te maken, dit deed hij graag voor ons. Toen even later de zon door brak nam hij zelf het iniatief om foto's en filmpjes van ons te maken!
Oftewel; doen als je in Baccalar bent en vraag om Daniël als je guide!

Hermoso tour. DayTour y el el Capitán Hugo siempre se esmeran en la atención a cliente. Disfrutamos de la laguna al máximo . Lo recomiendo ampliamente

Beautiful and unexpected experience! Daniel was an amazing guide and showed us all the lagoon with a very deep knowledge of the best spots. The lagoon is something unique you must visit by boat!!! Lovely experience
