Our family of 11 was looking forward to this excursion. We left the port and went to the taxi. This is when we were told it was a 2 hour taxi drive to the meeting location. This information was not shared previously even though I had shared we were coming in on a cruise. I also tried to get in touch with them prior and there was no response. I never leave negative reviews but this was not resolved so hoping others do not experience this. A four hour taxi drive for a three hour excursion would not work.
