Incredible experience with the company. Everything from pick up to flight landing ran smoothly and professionally. One of the most memorable experiences of my life! Saeed was an excellent host, very quick to respond, and went out of his way for us. Highly recommended his services.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Unfortunately these scammers got us on our first day in Cappadocia. We booked though the website with a €100 deposit and our reservation was made. We were contacted by an employee via what’s app confirming this his name : a person called “saeed” for reference. We arrived late to our hotel the night before and got up the next day at 4:30am for the agreed 5am collection time but to our Suprise no one showed up to collect us.
We waited until 5:30am (after a number of what’s apps) the company finally responded and after some back and forth they advised us that we weren’t going to the balloons for the sunset and the reason being - his exact words : “check the location of your $#!T hotel, 40 mints fars from.the center, if i try to find space in the morning, I couldn’t pick you up”
As you can imagine this left us very annoyed as we had planned our whole 1st day around this and woke at 4:30am for no reason. This company are scammers, don’t pay them any money before you travel or they won’t bother to show up!

A good experience with QX Travel, they whatsapped us to confirm everything, including pickup time from hotel. They booked us with Kaya Hot Air Balloons which turned out to be a great experience, with a very friendly and amazing pilot. They were always available to communicate on WhatsApp and we had a great time.

They are scammers the agency named qx they just take your money don’t you ever book with them worst experience ever canceled 2 times the ballon ride and we had no more days in capadoccia so we came for nothing !!

We really enjoyed the ballon flight. The pick up service was on time and the communication with the travel agency worked well. Our Ballonpilot was friendly and experienced. The view from above over cappadocia is breath taking. After the flight everyone got an flight certificate with their own name on it and we got an free class of really delicious non alcoholic champagne.
The only negative thing that I have to mention is that the breakfast and coffee was not included! They were cheap around 10-25 TL but not for free as mentioned.
Overall I can just recommend this experience.
