They do not let you know the pickup time untill the day after you book and the time was two hours before our scheduled tour. The location is very far from hotel zone and is not the one it shows you when you google it or book it.
The drive was almost one hour with a lot of stops picking up other guests. Then you have to wait at the dock for other groups to do their tour
Then you would go on the boat as a few groups and do your parasailing one pair at the time and then theres a 1 hour ride back to the hotel.
Do not get this unless you want to waste half of day of your vacation.
We later found out we could get parasailing at our hotel beach( no waste time for transport) for 75USD no docking fee required which was cheaper than 65USD + 15USD docking fee that we got. I would strongly recomend getting the experience at your hotel or nearby.

Unfortunately parasailing didn't happen due to bad weather which they are concerned for everyone's safety which they contacted us right away to inform us and that they are going to give us another excursion as a replacement... hope to parasail one day

It was an incredible experience. We visited Cancun to celebrate my close friends birthday. We had been talking about parasailing for a few years, but never got around to it. Apparently, this is when it was supposed to happen. The crew was very encouraging and attentive. Once we were up in the air, we didn't want to come down. I got a couple videos on my phone while in the air. Seeing the different colors of the water, and having such an amazing view was great. We even got to see a turtle swimming below. Anyone who is nervous about doing it, just go for it! Once you've gotten up there, everything else will fade away!

The guys were very friendly and it was super fun!Actually saw sea turtles and stingrays from above.Transport was ok,our first transporter spoke no English so pickup was a bit challenging.

Really loved my experience with Leo & Caperio! They made the experience worth wild! However, the transportation/driver who dropped us off was very unprofessional. Did not drop us off where we got picked up. We asked if he could drop us in front of our entrance at our hotel and he refused. Unfortunately I would have to give this 3 stars. Many resorts have their own parasailing activities check with your own resort before booking.

I wish I could give this experience 5 stars… I chose to do this activity on my birthday, which ultimately was a bad idea as it ruined my plans for the rest of the day. I booked to do this activity at 1200. We unfortunately went to the wrong location and had to get an taxi in order to be on time for the booking. When we arrived we were told there was a group on 19 in front of us and therefore had to wait an hour and a half for our booking. We went back to our hotel, then came back at the later time and still had to wait 30 minutes, this time due to the boat breaking down, these delay’s ultimately ruined the course of my birthday. The experience itself was really nice, the views were breath taking and we even saw sea turtles on the clear waters. I would say you are up there for around 7 minutes.

What a fun and unique experience! Both my husband and I were a bit nervous about the prospect since neither of us are particularly fond of heights, but as soon as we were up in the air, we both loved it. It was amazing to see the beautiful vistas from high above the water, and it actually does feel peaceful and quiet while parasailing. My only suggestion would be to offer longer flights. We were in the air for about seven minutes, which is what is promised (5-10 minutes), but since there were only two couples on our excursion, the entire boat ride including the parasailing took less than 30 minutes, so the price felt a bit hefty for what you actually experience. Still, I'm glad we did it and were able to check it off our bucket lists!

I DO NOT recommend Parasail Cancún OR Viator. The parasail experience itself was wonderful. But the company is DISHONEST. I paid $60 cash for photos and video and was supposed to receive a link the next day. Never did. Contacted Viator and never heard back. Will not use Viator again.

It was a good time, and my husband thoroughly enjoyed it. We were able to see multiple sea turtles, others cruising by - party boat 🥳 and the view was just breathtaking!!! I really had a good time.
I did wish, however, that the $30 dock fee (15 pp) was in the initial fees paid online. I feel like you are being taken advantage of once you get there with after the fact fees that should have been included. That way, if there were no purchases made (pics and such), you would be able to go there, enjoy excursions, and leave.
