Tour guide didn’t show up, despite reserving in advance and receiving multiple confirmation emails beforehand. Waited an hour, called company to try to get tickets for later time, and they couldn’t do that. Totally missed seeing this because no other tickets were available anywhere. Ruined the entire trip to Barcelona, as that was the reason we took the day trip there. Company refunded the cost of the tour, but of course not the transportation to get to the city or any other amends. Just a “sorry the guide didn’t show.” Pick a different company that has backup plans to ensure you still get to see what you paid for. The tour guide for another company comforted me while I was in tears, trying to find some way to still see Sagrada Familia, and it was clear their company had backup guides and would never have left a customer stranded like that.

The guide didn't show up. We waited out front and had to schedule another tour for later, which affected all of our plans. When we did end up going, la sagrada familia was FANTASTIC

Tour operator did not show up at the meeting location at the allotted time. The number given on the booking was not in service.
The chat message response was just an address and phone number in Rome. Am I expected to call the tour operator in Rome to ask about my tour in Barcelona?

This is a scam. I thought the other person who left a review just didn’t know where to meet, but this company legitimately did not show up at the meeting spot at all. I’m looking to get my money back. I don’t think this company actually exists.

Our guide was wonderful. She was so knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We were able to walk at a good pace. Not too fast or slow. A must see.

Sagrada Familia is a must see while in Barcelona! Pictures do not do it justice inside and out. The lines are long to get in, so be able to skip the line was very helpful.

Tour started on time. Violetta escorted our group through security and into the Sagrada with minimal fuss. She provided detailed history and fun facts about the church as well as the current architects now involved in trying to complete the structure. It was a short tour, about 1 hour but she took us through the 2 Façades with enough detail for us to understand where to go from our end point.
