Carriage was a no show, never even got a specific pick up time only between 9am & 9 pm…no answer to email requesting confirmation and time, no answer at vendor phone number, couldn’t call Viator from Vienna at listed number because not enough numbers??? Anyway a big disappointment on all levels

Today we had a wonderful horse-drawn carriage ride through beautiful Vienna.
Our charming horse-drawn carriage driver gave us great information about the sights.
The horses look very well cared for and you can tell that the animals' well-being is taken care of.
And the carriage was also beautifully restored. We can only recommend this great experience to everyone.

Booked the Baron to take us to our 30th anniversary dinner weeks in advance, even got email confirmation of booking.
He never showed up, no notice or call, gave him ample time but ending using Bolt.

We were thinking to take a ride since our child adores horses but once we got closed to the horses, a man working there started shouting to a 4 year old. My son was crying for half an hour since it is a very shy child. Horrible approach. Rude with tourists.
