Accademia is a very small museum and does not allow more than 600 people inside, for this reason the queue can vary from 3 to 5 hours in high season and it is not easy to find tickets .. !!

This tour was very nice and full of great knowledge of art history! Not just the amazing statue of David but the surrounding art in the museum. Our guide was amazing and she was so passionate about the history of everything inside. Although I have seen the statue of David before I got a brand new experience thanks to our guide that gave us great knowledge and stories that I never knew or would have read in the descriptions of the art. It was also a nice check in experience and not having to wait in that huge line outside in the heat was the cherry on top of this amazing experience!

Filomena was a wonderful guide. She was knowledgeable and entertaining. Well worth the money to skip the line which was incredibly long in very hot weather. I walk with a cane and there were many places to sit down in the museum. Our guide made it interesting for our 6 year old grandson which kept him engaged in the experience.

We purchased this because we only had a half day in Florence, and there were no time tickets available on the museum's website. I was pleasantly surprised. The guide was informative, interesting, and professional. We had a nice time.
