A Fjord cruise through Åkrafjorden is possible under petition.
This excursion is intended for all those cruise passengers who arrive to Haugesund.

This tour can be varied, modified or reduced due to force majeure, specific atmospheric phenomena, late arrival of the ship or arrival with massive delay by passengers. It will always be done for the good progress of the excursion and under the criteria of the assigned guide and our approval. In any case, our main priority will always be to arrive on time to the ship.

Company was easy to find when disembarking and we set off promptly. The scenery was beautiful and the Langfoss waterfall was impressive. Beware, it is a long uncomfortable bus ride to the falls. The seats were very hard and there was zero legroom. We did delight in our guide, Alena. We enjoyed her commentary and her story on how she ended in Norway.

the bus was clean, more leg room than other busses and our driver was great. Instructions were provided how to get from one side of the road to the other for our safety. The waterfalls was amazing. I highly recommend this trip

The ride to was what I expected. The waterfall was beautiful. Norway is beautiful. If you are thinking about going to Norway, you might do it soon. There is talk about stopping big ships in the fjords because of their pollution.

We booked this as a shore excursion on our cruise. The pickup was right next to the cruise port. They drove us around the town and we stopped briefly at the monument and cross. Took pictures and moved on. The we drove to the waterfall. The drive was long but very pretty and we passed some scenic towns and lakes. We stopped at the waterfall. It was incredible! You can go right up to it. This tour does NOT include the boat ride that takes you to the bottom of the waterfall. There is a bathroom and 2 small gift shops at the waterfall pulloff. You can walk along the road to see the waterfall at several angles. Then we drove a little further to a parking lot where we could see the whole waterfall from a distance. It really is huge. We stopped briefly for photos and turned around there to head back. Then we stopped at a Joker grocery store and cafe and we had time to buy food for our lunch. Even that was scenic. We ate outside. Our guide was actually from Brazil and she gave a very interesting view of living in Norway and told us many interesting facts -A view that might not have been the same if it was a Norwegian native. She did a great job and could speak multiple languages to answer questions. Very impressive! I wondered if it would be worth the drive since we had just seen multiple fjords and waterfalls the days before this on our cruise, it was! If you love waterfalls then you shouldn't miss this one. No hiking, no work to see it up close. it was perfect for my elderly parents who were traveling with us.

Die Fahrt zum Wasserfall ansich war gut. Der Wasserfall ist echt super. Leider habe ich die deutschsprachige Reiseleitung vermisst, der Bus war voller Engländer und für jemanden der nicht gut englisch beherrscht nicht so angenehm. Außerdem hat die Reiseleiterin sich voll auf die Personen vom Kreuzfahrtschiff eingeschossen und alles nach denen abgestimmt.
