Our tour offers a unique opportunity to witness the war history of Vietnam by exploring the underground Cu Chi Tunnels connected to the Ho Chi Minh Trails. You'll have the chance to see the booby traps used during the war and explore the ex-US Army tank from the Vietnam War by touching it.

As you embark on a relaxing cruise on the Mekong River from My Tho to Ben Tre, you'll have lunch on the island. Experience the traditional rowing boat in the water coconut canal. The picturesque scenery is a feast for the eyes and will leave you spellbound.

1. Saigon Notre Dame Cathedral
We will pick up all the travelers and meet the travelers who are not staying at Districts 1 and 4 from here. The tour starts at 7:30 AM to Cu Chi Tunnels.
2. Cu Chi Tunnels
The Cu Chi Tunnels, located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, were an extensive network of underground tunnels that served as a critical strategic location during the Vietnam War. Constructed over several years, the tunnels spanned more than 250 kilometers and were made up of multiple layers, including living quarters, kitchens, meeting rooms, hospitals, and even schools. The tunnels were dug by hand, using rudimentary tools such as shovels, hoes, and picks, and the workers would remove the soil from the tunnels and conceal it in nearby fields to avoid detection. Navigating through the Cu Chi Tunnels was a complex task, requiring specialized knowledge and training. The tunnels were narrow, with a height of only a few feet, and were often filled with traps and obstacles, such as spike pits and hidden doors. The Viet Cong soldiers were trained to move silently and quickly through the tunnels, using their knowledge of the terrain to avoid detection. Then, we will drive to My Tho.
3. Mekong Delta
We will have the Southern Vietnamese 5-courses set menu lunch with the amazing view at Huong Sen Restaurant with the local taste. Vegan/Vegetarian lunch is available upon request.
4. My Tho
Get ready to embark on an unforgettable journey as we take you to the magical Unicorn Island. Hop on a boat and experience the local way of life as you witness the process of growing fruit and bees right in the comfort of their homes. Taste the sweet nectar of the local honeybee before taking a stroll through the charming village and admiring the lush fruit orchards. Let the soothing melodies of traditional Southern Vietnamese music fill your ears and captivate your soul. The real highlight of the tour is a serene rowing boat ride through the tranquil waters of a small canal surrounded by majestic water coconut trees. As you float along, soak in the natural beauty of your surroundings and let your worries fade away. To top it all off, we'll take you to a floating fishing farm on the other side of the island, where you'll get a chance to witness the vibrant local fishing community in action and then taste the coconut candy
5. Saigon Notre Dame Cathedral
You'll return to Saigon around 6:30 - 7:00 PM.

My friend Sallie and I visited the Cu Chi Tunnel and Mekong River Delta. The whole experience was eye opening and the food was a lovely treat. I held a snake!
The guide Tom was very pleasant and factual and had so much knowledge on the history of Vietnam. He was able to confidently answer all of my questions. We recommend you come to Vietnam and hear it for yourself.

We had a great time with Tri today on our tour of the Cuchi Tinnels and the Mekong Delta. Tri was so knowledgeable and just a lovely young man who is great to spend a day with. The tunnels were amazing quite confronting but truly mind blowing and the Mekong Delta was beautiful to see, I highly recommend seeing this on your trip to Ho Chi Minh City.

The trip was awesome. When you like a little bit of history from Vietnam you have to see the Chi Cu tunnels. The trip to the Mekong delta was relaxing en beautiful. We had a very good guide: Jenny. She is passionated by the job en knows very much about the history and the culture. We recommend Jenny as a guide ! Thank you Jenny for the lovely trip.

We had a Great day. Helen the tour guide was very informative. We learnt a lot about the history of Vietnam. I would definitely recommend a small group tour. As there were a lot of large parties at the cu chi tunnels. Made it easier to get round. We were a party of 4. The driver was very good to. A long day but well worth the money. Nice local village food. The Mekong Delta was cool to. The floating huts etc. would definitely recommend this tour.

Tom was our friendly and knowledgeable tour guide on a trip to the Cu Chi tunnels and the Meykong river delta. He had tons of information and tips on how to maximize both experiences. The van that picked us up and took us everywhere was clean and cool. We had a great time!
