Enjoyed the boat ride out on the bay. Had no expectations we'd actually see a whale, which we didn't. But it was still a nice boat ride.

We saw dolphins everywhere!! Never saw so many at once. All around the yacht and underneath the yacht.
Disappointed that we didn’t see any whales up close.

An unforgettable experience. Whales, dolphins and birds without end. Truly impressive. Unfortunately, I am not immune to the sea. But I was happy to put up with the nausea for the experience.

I booked a whale watching tour with Harpa specifically because the yacht looks nicer and the groups are smaller. When they gave me the ticket I was sent to a boat that was bigger, run down and old and had four times more people than the yacht holds. When I complained after the tour and after not seeing anything on the trip, they said it was changed due to weather. But they never explained to me at any point that I was going on a bigger old ship so that I can make a choice to accept the change or not. I don’t know if the yacht would be nice or not because they didn’t give me a choice and stuck me on some crappy boat with no choice and no compensation for the change.

The crew was nice and helpful. I definitely would recommend taking motion sickness medication and the blankets that are available, they were very helpful in enjoying the experience. The whole experience was pleasant.

Received no notification that the tour was cancelled. Essentially I booked this during the morning of the day I was departing back home. Hence I got up early, checked out of my hotel, and when I showed up I was greeted with no staff and signage saying the tour is cancelled due to weather. I am happy they put safety first by cancelling but I should have been notified. I then had to decide what to do the rest of the morning and early afternoon on a whim as I didn't have a hotel room any more. Customer service is lacking. When I contacted them, they offered no apology, did not even say hello or give a greeting and just said they refunded me.

Saw absolutely bugger all. To top it off me and my husband got sea sick so he was throwing up over the side of the boat while I was sitting in the wind trying not to. No whales, no dolphins, no puffins, not even a seagull. Just pay for a regular boat trip. You’ll probably see more.

I absolutely loved this experience. We were lucky enough to see a few minke whales, puffins and approach a very very friendly pod of dolphins that swam right up to the boat and interacted with us quite a lot. Would absolutely recommend. Staff were very helpful when it came to locating the animals. Very nice 👍

Although we didn’t see any whales, the staff and yacht was great. With the wind, it gets cold so bundle up!

Easy to book and ran on time. Knowledgeable crew and excellent whale guide. We saw 2-3 humpback whales and felt safe at all times. Boat had refreshments available and was warm. Great experience thanks.
