Once you have been picked up, the coach will take you on a drive along the coastal road to Gibraltar. The city center is long and narrow, extending along Main Street. Much of this bustling high street has been pedestrianized, with strategically placed benches, pavement cafes, and bars offering welcome relief for weary shoppers. Gibraltar offers duty-free prices on many goods in the stores on the famous Main Street. Among the famous British and international shop names, you’ll find many local shops.

My opinion about the trip from Torremolinos to Gibraltar:
One positive aspect of the trip was definitely the driver and guide (I believe his name was Francisco, a gentleman fluent in Spanish, English, and French), who did their job professionally. The guide entertained us with his jokes and ensured a good atmosphere despite some frustrations from the group.
Unfortunately, I'm afraid the positives end there. We boarded the bus in Torremolinos at 7:25 AM and arrived in Gibraltar at 11:10 AM. According to Google Maps, the journey should take 1 hour and 40 minutes for 123 km. The bus had too many stops, and combined with the traffic, this made for an unbearably long ride.
As a result, we only had about 4 hours in Gibraltar (instead of the advertised 5 hours), so we had to rush through our visit. Part of the delay was also due to some travelers who ignored the requirement to bring their documents. To avoid such situations in the future, perhaps you could emphasize, in bold, underlined, and highlighted in red, that documents are mandatory when confirming the trip.
It would also be sensible to send participants an email, Viber, or WhatsApp message with the guide's contact information a day before the trip, so they can be reached if needed.
We arrived back in Torremolinos at 6:58 PM, tired and with mixed feelings. We were happy to have experienced something new but also disappointed that it didn't fully meet our expectations.
If you embark on this trip with the mindset that you'll be spending about 8 hours on the bus, you won't be disappointed! :)

The write up implied that this was a direct shopping trip. When I enquired regarding a hotel pick up prior to leaving Canada, I was told that it was not possible. Consequently I spent 22 Euros on a taxi to the start point only to see folks picked up at my resort and almost 3 hours of pick ups at numerous other hotels. In addition, there were about 4 different tour groups on this packed bus which broke off to smaller buses once we all arrived in Gibraltar. I was dropped off at my hotel on my return but it made for a very early start as I left my hotel at 6 AM instead of pick up at 0740.

We used this tour to take us to Gibraltar only. Excellent coach journey to and from Torremolinos. When we arrived we were dropped off at the bus station and advised where the shops were. We made our way along the Main Street and met the local tour guides who were offering a three stop guide up the rock for just £25.00 pp. Our guide was wonderful and gave us a history lesson en route. We stopped to take pics and had a fantastic time with the monkeys. Our guide had nuts and were were able to have our pictures taken. I think this was the best tour for us as people on the full tour were impressed by the pictures we shared. Excellent value all round.

The coach guide seemed very unorganised,lots of waiting around and not very personable.
The minibus guide was quite the opposite,friendly and knowledgeable
Overall the tour was very good

Gibraltar is well worth a visit for a day plenty to see and good duty free shopping. Particularly enjoyed the caves and monkeys up the rock.

The journey by coach took 3 and 1/2 hours each way. There were no comfort stops which frankly is ridiculous. I have used your service in several countries but this experience would not encourage me to use your services again.
In addition the guide was very poor.
