Easy to find at the airport. Prompt luggage help. Easy and clean car to get into. Driver used helpful traffic aid (Waze).

Our driver was right there to pick us up. Very easy to find. Very safe ride. Driver pointed out several points of interest as he was taking us to the hotel. He shared tips about the city on food, public transportation and getting money.

As expected our driver was waiting for us with our name on a placard, so he was easy to spot. The car was clean and comfortable and he had bottled water for us which was nice after a long flight

My flight to Madrid was cancelled and I had to overnight in Frankfurt. Called the transfer company and ask that we reschedule since that was the only time they could get us out. They would not change dates and not give me a refund. Terrible policy for something that was completely out of my control.

Departing was stressful. So arriving at our destination and having a clear site of my name, by our driver brought that stress level way down.
We were welcomed and guided to the vehicle in a friendly and relaxed way.
The 20 minute drive was also inviting. Explaining some of the things we were passing
I don't know that we will have the same driver going back to the airport. But I hope so.
Will definitely consider this service again!
