cruise canceled without any prior notice or explanation, we found ourselves in front of the counter and unceremoniously packed up. This company is absolutely not serious. The evening was lost.

We have an expression in the U.S. "Manage Expectations." I knew this was a walking tour but did not know how far, nor we we told. We ended up walking like 3-4 km. With bad hips I was a little slow. The guide never slowed down to let me catch up, nor did she pause enough so I could catch up. Seems like she should have been more mindful of a group member falling behind.
I also was not aware that we were walking down the big hill from the cable car destination to the catamaran. People can handle a lot if they know what to expect ahead of time. Surprises sometimes are not fun.

We booked a tour which departed at 10am, with arrival at 9:45am. We arrived at 9:40am, and were told they had changed the time to 9:00am, and the tour had left. The front desk person said we had been contacted, which is false. She also said, “I don’t know why they change times like this”. Disappointing because this was our family’s plan for our day in Barcelona, and it was too late to book the cable car. Would avoid using because of their lack of communication and reliability.

Our tour guide was Johnathan and he was amazing, he offered great insight to the history of Barcelona and gave several great recommendations for restuarent and bars etc, he also provided some comfort for my girlfriend who was scared of heights for the cable cart! 10/10 would reccomend to anyone, especially for the low price!

We had a great time on this tour. Guide was knowledgeable and we saw plenty of good sights. Love this city and so cool to see it from the cable car.
