We waited outside at the designated meeting place for 20 minutes in the cold before we were met by a guide who then called our car, all up 40 minutes before our pre-booked car arrived. Vehicle was ok but driver was good and we arrived safely at the right hotel.

They didn’t show up. I texted the number when I arrived at IST airport and there was no response. Nobody picked up the phone when I called so I ended up taking an Uber to my hotel. They are also refusing to refund me.

Driver was a no-show. Queries online to Viator went unanswered until after we had arranged other transportation from the airport to our hotel. Makes me question ever using Viator for anything ever again.

We booked ultraVip transfer and the vehicle was far away different from the picture ones.
Actually it was very similar to a normal Uber large.
Not recommended at all.
I will try to claim reimbursement

Driver never showed up. Didn't respond to any messages. Not reliable. Took a taxi for 30 euro instead.

Provided great details on where pick up is, guy in charge was good. Van was ok. Great price and driver took us right to our hotel.

There’s really no VIP treatment of any sort here. First, their communication is extremely poor, we were sending messages and they don’t respond, finally we messaged Viator who gave us their phone number so we could call and they finally responded. They don’t say anything unless you specifically ask. They don’t meet you at the gate like other pick up service, they don’t help you with the luggages, the meeting point is way far on the other side of the terminal, then they make you wait and then they make you walk further to the parking lot while you’re carrying all your luggages. We had to argue with the guy about having a car with Wi-Fi service as described, instead he tried to sell us SIM cards even though we specifically booked a car with free Wi-Fi. The car and the ride itself were nothing special. We could have taken a cab or Uber at better price for the same exact type of service. What a waste of money.
