We had an amazing time and Ricardo was a lovely guide. We walked the streets of Venice and had a short but sweet gondola ride. I would absolutely recommend this for anyone who wants to try riding a gondola!

The tour guides, Valentina and Sabrina were so knowledgeable and interesting to listen to. They are passionate about their topics. Venice Tours could do a better job of communicating the tour itineraries. We had paid for lunch and the Murano tour but were told nothing about meeting point or where the lunch was located. Valentina had to call their office to get the information for us, which entailed us returning to the office before going to lunch. Suggestion, provide a print out itinerary for those who have multiple tours scheduled within the same day. The tours were fantastic and the tour guides exceptional!

Visited Murano by boat with my elderly mother. The staff were so respectful and helpful especially getting in and out of the boat. Riccardo was very knowledgeable about everything and pleasant to chat to. Made for a very nice afternoon trip

We knew we wouldn't get paid entry for this cheap a price but it worded it as if we would at least get a tour and we'd pay entry on the door. It was not clear that all you got with this payment was an app, that would've been free to download anyway
