He studied a lot about the history of Syracuse and explained it to us step by step. I stayed in Syracuse for a day with my mother, and she guided me from the Duomo to alleys I was unfamiliar with. I really recommend taking a tuk-tuk first so you don't waste your precious time.

While we were in Sicily and didn't speak Italian, the trip was advertised that the tour was in English. Driver spoke no English, but used a translation app on his phone to tell us what we were seeing. Booked for 4 people, but only 3 could be squished in the back seat. I was forced to sit in the front seat with the driver....only problem was that the seat was really only for the driver. I had to sit at the edge of the seat so I wouldn't hamper the driver steering. Since the driver spoke no English, there was no interaction with him at all.
