Collect paranormal evidence using our tools in a small group setting of up to twelve ghost hunters total.

This is not your average ghost storytelling tour, this is an interactive experience to learn the history of Charleston by being part of the story.

You'll collect paranormal evidence, hear histories of Charleston and then receive all recorded data from all ghost hunters in your investigation. This includes videos, audio, along with any visuals and screenshots used to verify paranormal captures.

An Estes Method will also be performed during your investigation, a very interesting and new method of ghost hunting.

When booking, please provide a texting phone number.
All guests receive a text with meeting point and parking instructions on the morning of their investigation.
This also allows guests to receive all the recorded data/evidence from their investigation (provided the following day).

1. Philadelphia Alley
Tales of the Whistling Doctor and his opponent Ralph Isaacs in this alley known for its dueling. All locations may or may not be part of your full investigation. Different routes are up to the discretion of your lead investigator and/or changing paranormal activity detected by devices used.
2. St. Philip's Church
Plenty of spirits are roaming the area of St. Philip's Church and Cemetery. All locations may or may not be part of your full investigation. Different routes are up to the discretion of your lead investigator and/or changing paranormal activity detected by devices used.
3. The Powder Magazine
We dive into the ghost of the famous female pirate, Anne Bonny at the Powder Magazine. All locations may or may not be part of your full investigation. Different routes are up to the discretion of your lead investigator and/or changing paranormal activity detected by devices used.
4. Washington Square
Seeking the ghost of poet, Henry Timrod, with tales of the infamous "Blood Book". All locations may or may not be part of your full investigation. Different routes are up to the discretion of your lead investigator and/or changing paranormal activity detected by devices used.
5. Lawrimore Park
Investigation of a Quaker graveyard interred into this small corner of Charleston. All locations may or may not be part of your full investigation. Different routes are up to the discretion of your lead investigator and/or changing paranormal activity detected by devices used.
6.
The original home site for indigo plantation owner, Eliza Lucas Pinckney. All locations may or may not be part of your full investigation. Different routes are up to the discretion of your lead investigator and/or changing paranormal activity detected by devices used.

Lodge Alley where residual spirits reside in the Belgian Blocks that make up this alley. All locations may or may not be part of your full investigation. Different routes are up to the discretion of your lead investigator and/or changing paranormal activity detected by devices used.

We had a good time and my husband said he would go again. It was a surprise adventure for my husband's 60th birthday. It was fun to see the state-of-the-art equipment in action IRL

Nick is very knowledgeable and passionate about the work he does.. He totally involved everyone in the group with a task/ job for the duration of the tour. Our young adult son, who has autism, is very interested in Paranormal Science. He is the reason we booked this excursion. He could not thank us enough after the experience. His younger, adult sister throughly enjoyed it as well. We did the excursion on a Saturday night, which was loud and crowded. Would recommend doing this excursion on a weeknight, out of season, for a quieter, and possibly, “more active” paranormal experience. Thanks Nick! We had a great time!

Nick was great from the first hello. I brought my husband and 17 year old son. He was engaging, friendly, made you feel at ease and included. He makes sure to learn everyone's names and uses them all night. He limits the group size to 10 people which is better than any other tours you'll find. It allows for everyone to kind of bond during the experience. He has the most up to date, impressive, effective paranormal equipment. You truly get a hands-on experience exploring Charleston for spirits. He is very active in assisting you with the equipment ensuring you are able to use it to its full potential. Not all nights are going to be active. Ours was average. I heard a spirit literally say hello. That was cool. I truly don't think you will ever find another paranormal tour like this one. The others just drag you along and tell a story or two. This guy, he's the real deal. Go ahead. You wont regret it.

Best ghost tour in Charleston hand down and will most definitely come back and do it again. Not your average haunted tour. You get to be the ghost hunter with all the equipment and keep all data and recordings you find. We definitely were in contact with ghosts through out this tour. 10/10 would recommend and we will be back. Nick was great and very very knowledgeable.

Nick is Amazing! Very Knowledgeable in Charleston history, an author and full time ghost hunter! It was so-o-o-o different doing a ghost walking tour and actually be his TEAM! Lots of equipment used, received the evidence in a professional report by morning! Nothing beats it, Worth the price, especially if you’re a fan of paranormal shows, and even if not!!

Great experience! Nick was awesome! Enjoyed using all the equipment and seeing how it all works. Lots of history. More technical than scary. I think those who gave a poor review didn't really know what they were signing up for. We loved it! And would definitely go again!

We had a great time and Nick made sure of it! He wasn’t corny or standoffish, he was knowledgeable and friendly and kept us engaged. The equipment was so cool to use and our favorite part was the last site but I won’t spoil it for anyone! Highly, highly recommend his tour for anyone who loves the paranormal.
