Perfect transfers between Cancun airport and our hotel in the Riviera Maya. It is far better than any other company we have ever used during our trips to Cancun.
We had Eduardo as our driver and he was knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. The cars were in great condition, we had a Mercedes van one way, and a High Country SUV on the way back. Both very comfortable and right on time.
I would highly recommend using STP Caribe for any transportation when arriving to Cancun airport.

Alejandro is the best driver we have ever had!!! We cannot thank him enough.
He’s fun and extremely knowledgeable about the area, food and culture.
Once we met him we had Alejandro take us everywhere the entire trip.
Dinner, snorkeling etc.
He was a blast to spend time with, very kind and polite.
Thank you Pablo for allowing us to request Alejandro the entire trip.
Safety and trust was important to us Especially with our daughter along for the vacation.
We wanted a Luxury SUV service we could trust and this is the best!

Alex and Manuel were excellent. They arrived early and their vehicle was spotless. It was a safe and easy trip with free wifi to Akumal with STP. Will definitely rebook.

Our driver was waiting for us at the airport after going through customs. Alex took out bags to the car. Once we got to the car there was a bottle of Moët waiting for us along with a few bottles of beers. Alex also made our ride to the resort very pleasant

This is definitely the only way to travel. If you are going on vacation, don’t take a shuttle where you are lumped together with strangers. The reviews on this company sold me on booking with them, and they sure exceeded expectations. The driver seriously catered to any questions, answers any questions you may have in the back of your head before even asking them! There is nothing I can think of this needs ride needs or is missing.
For sure will be the company I’ll continue using. Just now makes it harder to want to go to anywhere else or vacation any other way-especially after the VIP treatment Gomez gave us! Muchismas gracias!!

First things first: Alberto was amazing!
From the time we landed, we already had a message from Stephanie with pictures of what she looked like, where she was located, and how to reach her via Whatsapp. What a relief it was to know who I was looking for and where I should look after gathering our bags. What was a pleasant surprise, was that Stephanie was there to greet us, take our bags, but ultimately Alberto took over! He handed my partner the most beautiful roses for her birthday and greeted us with hand sanitizer and ice cold cloths. What a relief after navigating a bit of a toasty airport and outside. What can I say about the high country… it is a beautiful vehicle, and was immaculate. Our cooler of beverages were ready in the back seat along with our snacks. All we had to do was kick back and relax and enjoy our drive to our hotel in Akumal.
As an avid traveler, let me tell you, small details matter, and they pay attention! From having to change my reservation to picking the wrong location as far as fees are concerned. I am extremely happy I found this company and had the privilege of spending a bit of time with the again, so amazing Alberto! 5 stars all around!
