The express passes were great until one of the female workers on the 86th floor snapped at us and put other express tickets holders in front of us to get down the elevator around 8:45pm on Tuesday nights When we told her we were express also she said it’s not her problem and maid us feel uncomfortable.

having early morning, tickets was great. We had no problem with the tickets. The staff at the Empire State building was wonderful.

Unbelievable experience! Loved being at the Empire State Building in 2021, their 90th Anniversary! Our first time there! Expect a nice surprise in the elevator!!

Easy to access, very good experience overall.
Ti kets did take a while to get to my email, they do not appear in TripAdvisor app, had to ask for them via the App and got them quickly sent to my email.

Adding the 102nd floor was very nice as you are able to view the entire city very well. The outdoor viewing area on 86th floor is a must - iconic and beautiful!
