Nobody lets you know the collection time for hotel pick-up and they dont answer their phone if you call. I assumed drop-off back at the hotel was included,but it wasnt and I had to walk back from the port. Boat itself amd cruise was fine.

A very nice boat ride for the price. However, we were told that we would stop on the Asian side for an hour and instead we stopped at the fort? Otherwise, it was a beautiful scenic boat ride.

I enjoyed the boat ride. Communication was not clear. It is actually longer than the tour said, and we were lost in what to do after the ride to find out a different company and driver will take us home. They should explained the process.

Better information, we booked a 3 hour tour, it went for 4 hours, our guide disappeared off the boat.

Do this on your first day to Istanbul. Its a very pleasant activity to begin ur trip in istanbul. As they pick u from hotel so its good when you are not familiar with the city. The tour is very relaxing sailing across bhosporus they give you 1 hr stop to enjoy lunch in your selected restaurant. Boat in a good condition. All crew are nice.
