We took this private tour on our first day in Egypt with our knowledgable guide, Nagi. The pyramids were incredible. Learning about the history and getting to spend time in and around the pyramids of Giza and Saqqara was definitely the highlight of the day. This wasn't my first time riding camels, but this had an extra wow-factor due to the scenery while riding around the pyramids. We ran out of time and didn't get to go to the pyramids of Dahshur. I wish we had planned our time a little better (less shopping/more pyramids) so we could have fit them in, but we did at least get to see them from a distance while in Saqqara! During the day we also visited a perfume shop, a carpet school/shop, a jewelry shop and a papyrus shop where we purchased some cool momentos and also learned how they were created and the history behind them. I highly recommend this trip and our guide, Nagi!
