Loved the overall experience and the ability to support our family. The additional individual was able to support my child that was struggling with snorkeling enabling the broader family to enjoy the activity. They listened to our desires and ensured we had the best experience. Fantastic food, beautiful scenery, and overall fantastic. My husband and I could not be more pleased and filled with joy in watching our children get the experience of their dreams!

We had a perfect day, thanks to Aldo & Andrea! We wanted a secluded place to enjoy the water, and they took us to the most perfect spot! Clear water, waist deep, perfect for relaxing with our cocktails. They fixed us a delicious lunch and we ended up swimming with stingrays at that same location. Our day could not have been any more perfect! We highly recommend!

On a family vacation to Cancun with my 3 children 12, 10, 9. Being a single Dad on vacation with 3 young children I wanted ensure they were safe and had a good experience. We travel considerably, this was my 2nd trip it MX in 2023 plus trips to Key West and Jamacia, so we have high expectations for service and know what is available.
The people @ Deluxe exceeded my expectations, while I would have liked a larger boat simply because bigger is better right...but due to my last min. reservation the 24' was all that was available. To be honest it was all that we needed the boat was new, in great condition and our captain and 1st mate were excellent...they asked us where and what we wanted to do....everything was on our schedule and made our day on the sea memorable. I highly recommend Deluxe...you might find it cheaper but it doesnt get any better. My kids are already talking about next time...

Our family of 4 (kids aged 11 & 14), had a remarkable experience with Captain Aldo and Rafa. It is by far our favorite experience on Cozumel.
While the cost is high…there are different boat options that help fit different budgets. It is a private tour and first class experience the entire 6-hours.
The boat was very clean and in like new condition. The snorkeling places we stopped at were each unique and had something different to offer; fish, coral, sea turtle, sting ray, star fish and even a nurse shark. That was a highlight for the kids. For me, a picky mom - I enjoyed the level of service provided by Captain Aldo and Rafa. Lunch was outstanding! Very flavorful, a good variety ( we added the guac), the were accommodating of dietary restrictions, and super clean. Drinks were great and Captain Aldo was kind enough to let us use his phone to play music since we weren’t prepared for that.
Definitely a luxury experience and worth it for an unforgettable vacation!

We had a fantastic excursion with Alex and Noel. Our group of four were greeted with a beautiful and clean boat and a delicious fruit and veggie spread to kick off our half day exploration. They made sure we ticked all the boxes off our list of places to explore. We got to see starfish, barracuda, sting ray and were lucky enough to see dolphins and a sea turtle! Then we spent some time in the cielo shallows before we enjoyed a delicious lunch they prepared for us. And I had the most delicious piña colada I’ve ever had. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to spend some time on the sea while in Cozumel. A one in a million experience, for sure. We’ll definitely request them again when we return.

Our cruise ship docked in Cozumel for a day and we wanted to get away from the crowds! I was skeptical at first of booking something not sponsored by the cruise line but after reading the reviews I knew it was going to be great.
We got exactly what we wanted! A private, full day in paradise, with 2 amazing crew members (David and Jesus) fulfilling every request.
This trip is perfect for all ages! My wife and I brought our 2 and 4 year old children and they loved it.
$10 and 5 minute cab ride for the whole fam from our port to the marina.
Great communication from the office leading up.
Great hospitality on board! Drinks, snacks, lunch, and fruit whenever you want.
My kids got to drive!
Staff takes pics all day for you.
They gave us options and recommendations on places to go within the 8 hours and we got to chose. (We did: boat ride, drove by dolphins in a rehabilitation center, private beach, sandbar in the ocean, lunch on the boat, another private beach where the crew set up shade for my kids to nap, then they took as back to a dock near next to our cruise ship so we didn’t have to take a cab back.)
