Our driver Daniel was excellent made us feel very safe. Our guide Josephine was wonderful she had to do the tour in both French and English and she was very inclusive. She was considerate of everyone’s needs. My husband is 87 and though he’s very fit he can’t walk fast and needs to rest when we were standing listening to explanations. Thank you Josephine for the added French lesson.

We only had 2 days in Belgium and decided to do this tour on a whim, and we are so glad we did! The meeting point and check-in were straightforward; everything went smoothly and was well-organized. We opted for the Spanish-English option, but there were too many Spanish speakers, so we were transferred to the English-French tour, which was even better since we understand both languages.

As soon as the bus started (a nice, clean, spacious coach), we received knowledgeable information about Belgium and its history. Our guide, Nico, was super funny and knowledgeable, making the experience incredibly enjoyable.

First, we headed to Ghent, which is the most beautiful city ever. The pictures don't do it justice, and we were surprised at how calm and quiet it was. We had ample time to explore the shops and had the best hot chocolate ever near the meet-up point. The locals were super friendly and warm.

Next, we went to Bruges, which was also pretty but a lot busier than Ghent. Everything was beautiful to look at, and the views were amazing. We took the guide's advice and went to Vivaldi, which was, yes, a tourist trap (it was in the city center near all the tourist attractions, so it was expected). However, we got our food extremely quickly, and the carbonnade flamande (a local dish) was quite tasty. Also, we had our first beers here, and they were fantastic. Previously, we hadn't liked the taste of beer but were told it was different here, so we gave it a try. We 1000% recommend it! The cherry beer at Vivaldi was very good, almost wine-like. The chocolate shops here are just as good, and we bought plenty of souvenirs.

We opted for the boat tour but were disappointed as it had started pouring, and the views were blocked by umbrellas. However, we can only imagine how cool it would have been if it were sunny. Nico made this such an amazing experience and made us want to come back and do the tour again. We will definitely come back to Belgium and do other tours they offer.

10000% recommend if you're short on time and want to explore more of Belgium!

Stupenda !!!
Curatissima e magica. Di sera è ancora più incantevole . Il sole tramonta tardi . Molti locali e ristoranti chiudono prestissimo quindi se volete cenare dovete farlo presto
Il parco è favoloso

The guide provided useful information regarding both destinations and the areas in between. The timing of the excursion was delayed due to traffic and a bus accident but alternate arrangements were made promptly.

We were very impressed with our tour guide. He delivered the entire tour in English and Spanish. He was very knowledgeable about Belgium's history and explained that to the tourists on the trip, and not to mention, we were a large group, I think around 50 people! I thought Ghent was absolutely stunning, and Bruges had so much beauty. The only thing I would change about this tour was when we were in Bruges we were taken to the Basilica of Holy Blood, but by the time we arrived, we were too late to see the relic. This upset me because our tour guide told us the entire story behind the relic and its place in Belgium, but we ultimately could not actually see the relic. Clearly, for most, this would be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, and unfortunately for us, we missed that opportunity. I believe that the tour guide should have allotted more time for us to visit the Basilica so that we were able to view the relic during the public viewing hours. Otherwise, we enjoyed our tour!
