Our bus driver, Derek, was awesome, gave us a lot of good restaurants tips. The landscape is really cool. We saw many raccoons, and one baby gator.

This kayak tour was fine - the environment was peaceful and pretty to look at. Not much wildlife on our tour. I could not really hear what the tour guide was saying, but he was certainly nice and did his best to point out whatever wildlife was available to see.

Kayaking the swamp was a fun way to get away from the city. Nick was an excellent and informative guide/

My husband and I recently treated ourselves to a kayak trip while visiting NOLA. It was a chilly, early morning trip and we knew not to expect to much wildlife. Our amazing guide Nick took the time to insure our safety and comfort while kayaking and then came thru with numerous assorted bird sightings and all the interesting background on said birds. He was also able to really bring the swamp to life with all his information on the flora and fauna that thrives in the area. Best of all he knew to let us occasionally float in silence and really just take in where we were. A remarkable experience all around

Our guide, Simone, was incredible. We were part of a small group (3 people total) and she kept the energy and interest high the whole 2-3 hours. She knew a lot of local history and gave cool information about the native/non-native plants, animals and habitats in the area. It was a fun-forward tour with safety built in. Would HIGHLY recommend this to others planning a visit to the NOLa area

This was a fantastic way to spend the afternoon. Pick up in NOLA was easy and our guide pointed out Alligators, Birds, and other wildlife so it was super cool and fun. I would suggest putting on bugs spray or something to cover legs/arms. During a couple parts you kayak in narrow wooded areas and there are mosquitos.

We had a great time with Chelsea, it was a lovely paddle. We saw two alligators and lots of cypresses. Recommend bug spray in case mosquitoes are bad.

We did not spot any bird or animal encounter throughout the entire 2 hours being on the water.

Tons of ? made it also very unpleasant.

The guide was very nice and friendly.

Overall experience very disappointing.

Now here’s something to tell everyone back at your workplace about. Indeed, what could be cooler than paddling through the bayou? I’ve had swamp tours before, but nothing like this one! I had never kayaked before, but now I want to go out and buy one. We paddled out on open water, and we paddled through tight places while seeing all the wonders of nature which included a couple of alligators. The guide seemed to know a little about everything which made the experience all the better. There are a couple of things to be aware of though. You might want to wear flip flops or go barefooted, and the experience can be a bit of a work out.

AJ was an amazing guide. We got to kayak in the swamp and see gators, osprey, and nutria. This was the highlight of our trip to New Orleans
