Excellent organisation from pick up to bringing us back to the hotel. Thet boat was really very nice, with a group of around 25 people on the sail boat we had time to relax and enjoy the bay from the beginning till the end. The activities like boating, kayaking and swimming were also nice and in areas with no other big groups. Costs more than the average tour but it is really worth it.

I enjoyed the trip but it wasn’t suitable for older people regarding access and egress from the boat . The steps onto the boat were unstable no hand rail. I wasn’t able to swim in the bay because there was no suitable way of getting on and off the boat . However the staff were lovely and it was an enjoyable day

We had an amazing experience with Jade Sails, doing a day cruise with a group of friends. The staff were incredibly friendly, thanks to Ha and loan for providing exceptional hospitality to us. We enjoyed the itinerary which included kayaking, boat ride and swimming, as well as a delicious buffet lunch. I would highly recommend Jade Sails, thanks very much!

Good quality vs other operators, but overall this is extremely touristy and overrated (they also charge quite high prices on board) - better to go to Thailand and you get equally good views in Phuket but water is much cleaner since they don’t allow bigger boats and way more relaxing / less crowded

Not only was it as luxurious as promised, the staff did everything they possibly could to make the day perfect. I’m vegetarian and received a whole assortment of dishes during lunch as well as vegetarian spring rolls for the sunset party. The bamboo boat, kayaking and swimming was extremely enjoyable! The foggy weather made it extra mystical. I’d definitely recommend this tour to anyone willing to have a relaxing cruise day through Ha Long Bay. Thank you again!

Picked up at hotel and smooth 2-2:30 min journey to bay-
Clean comfortable cruise ship,
Very friendly staff , excellent food quality and variety
We had many vegetarian in group and had great choices - highly recommend
