I wish I could put ZERO stars.
Booked a luxury van for the travel to Halong Bay.
A dirty muddy, small passenger van showed up, not big enough for our group.
We asked for an English speaking driver, but didn't get one.
Called the manager but he told us to take it or leave it. We left it......
We paid over $1000.
Zero reimbursement, Zero customer service.
Telling everyone to avoid this company.

This experience exceeded our expectations and was a highlight of our trip. We switched to the non-Catamaran to depart from Ha Long Bay. The vessel was one of the nicest that we saw that day. Waiter service on both dining floors with a full bar and impressive buffet. In one day, we saw Ha Long Bay, went kayaking, hiking / swimming and traversed a cave. The Cruise Manager, Mr Han, went out of his way to welcome us as English speaking Americans. He runs a tight ship and made our day so fun!
