A fantastic experience seeing Tokyo with the fantastic Fumiko. We were met at our hotel ant 9-30am and taken to the metro close bye. Fumiko explained our day ahead on the train and took us to several sites around Tokyo. My wife has a manual wheelchair and there was no issues gaining access to the several places Fumiko took us to . We explained we liked to try little local treats as we walked around. We enjoyed pastries and ice cream amongst other things. She also took us to a restaurant where we enjoyed a light lunch before continuing our tour which lasted till late afternoon. Throughly enjoyable day if not a little exhausting towards the end as it was very hot. If you are the carer you should be aware that you will be walking 5 or 6 miles on the day so a certain amount of fitness would be needed. All in all a great way to see a lot of the sites of Tokyo in one day with the knowledge of a great tour guide in Fumiko.

Fumiko was an excellent guide. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Although a tiny girl, easily lost in a crowd and it is very crowded in Tokyo, she always kept track of us and made sure we could see everything, including myself that was sitting lower being in a wheelchair.

She surprised us with a gift and refunded some monies we spent on transportation, that was included in the cost of the tour. We missed that and the honesty of refunded is so impressive. And something we are not used to.

We would highly recommend this accessible tour.

Yumi was so helpful explaining the culture and helping us through the crowded Asakusa area, our favorite experience. She is a wealth of knowledge about history and architecture, describing differences between the architecture of temples and shrines. She was flexible with our itinerary and knew the best ways to walk with the fewest steps when our legs were tired. We loved her!

This was a perfect activity for our 96-year old mother who uses a combination rollator-wheelchair. Our gracious guide Emiko-san led us through the highlights of Tokyo and showed us how to navigate and seek wheelchair assistance in the Metro subway system. We walked 15,000 steps and had a wonderful day. We highly recommend this tour!

We booked an accessible tour as my wife suffered an unfortunate accident whilst on holiday and was wheelchair bound. We were met at our hotel by our guide Fumiko, a very caring and informative guide. I am sure she has done this particular highlights tour of Tokyo many times previously but she came across as it was her first time. She carefully guided us on the underground system ensuring guards were available with portable ramps to allow the wheelchair on the train at entering and exit. It was very hot and humid at the time of our visit but we made several stops for refreshment along the way. We went from the calm of strolling through beautiful park and shrines to the organised chaos of the famous Shibuya crossing.
All in all a most pleasurable experience and highly recommended for visitors who may have doubt about using a wheelchair on the busy streets of Tokyo

Masayo was an outstanding tour guide. She shared a great deal of interesting facts & history. Masayo navigated the subway assistance so it very easy in a wheelchair. We highly recommend this tour & Masayo.

First day in Tokyo Yoko demonstrated high level of professionalism in handling me in my wheelchair using Tokyo public transportation notorious for its complexity. Most importantly, she created an itinerary showing us wide range of Tokyo Places and neighborhoods. Yoko has a very attractive, warm, and friendly personality. Great first day in Tokyo!
