Stella was very knowledgeable. The time flew by so quickly. All local foods were used and fresh and a history was given for all of them. We enjoyed this very much and would love to come back again.

Stella was really terrific. A great teacher. Her home was spotless and the food amazing food. There were 7 of us and we were all very involved. We then sat down and enjoyed every mouthful. Stella also told us a lot of the history of Crete about the food and her culture which made it extra good. Highly recommended.

The couple that took.the cooking class with us they were great our host made us feel right at home food was easy to prepare we will definitely make it at home for the family

Interesting class - we learned a lot about Cretan culture and food preparation. The class happened to have just us (2) so it was more of intimate experience. Stella, our host, a Cretan herself is very gracious and accommodating. The experience was a lot like a family dinner where we shared stories about ourselves. We love meeting and knowing Stella and look forward to food or wine tour with her!
