Our van will pick you up at your address! (South Zone, Center, Lapa)
After the Pick-Up of all passengers in Rio, we will continue to Conceição de Jacareí. Where the customer will buy the BOAT TICKET that will take him to Vila do Abraão on Ilha Grande. Finally, disembarkation is at the main pier Estação Abraão.
IMPORTANT:
Estimated times after boarding of all passengers:
3:00 hours on the road and 25 minutes on the boat (outsourced service not included)
We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic and sea conditions.
It is worth noting that because we are a public transport we cannot be exact in terms of predictions. Since we are oblivious to passenger delays or adversities on the road, such as traffic and or bad weather.

The ferry is the fast one and a bus is waiting for you that will take you to the railway (river terminal) or to the airport. It costs 150 reais. There is another cheaper way and it is the municipal ferry that costs 20 reales but has only one schedule and then the green wave bus that costs 7 reales

We booked the transfer on Viator for 13:00 but the van arrived at 15:15. In the middle of the way we changed the car and the second van was quite terrible with almost no air condition & dirty.

From my address to the agency where we bought the boat, everything was impeccable, thank you to the driver Claumir and Debora who welcomed us there in Conceição. Remembering everyone that the boat is not included, they give a discount to customers here but the boat is from an agency and has to be paid for on the spot.

They picked us up at the door of our hotel in Copacabana, from there we picked up some other addresses and after the international airport we headed to Ilha Grande, the trip was peaceful, we hit a little traffic but nothing major. We stopped for a snack and to go to the bathroom, when we arrived in Conceição, their guide Débora welcomed us and took us to the boat agency

Our flight was delayed by a few hours and they rescheduled us without any problems!

The van is super comfortable, cold air conditioning and very dark curtains, good for those who want to sleep. The driver drives well and doesn't run like crazy, when we arrived in Jacareí there was a guide waiting to take us to the boat. I recommend line service

Giving the contracted service. The transport was at 8:30 and at 9:50 we were notified by WhatsApp that the service was cancelled. The amount remains unrefunded right now.
