We had a 6 day 5 night Bali trip. We got Kadak as our driver. He got a good looking and good conditioned Avanza car. He helped us to visit all the important places. He was more companion than a driver. Very friendly person. He was always ahead of the scheduled time. Never complained when we delayed.
Extremely cool, calm and accommodative. We kept changing our plans, he never had any complaints. Typically for foreigners all the temples are for visiting, no praying. We wanted to do praying in the temple. He spoke and arranged a prayer at Batuwan temple. Going by recommendation we saw on the net, we wanted to watch Kechak dance at Ulwatu temple. Too much crowd and have to wait for 2hrs in line to get tickets. He gave us alternative to watch it at Melasti beach, which we felt is even better experience. He gave good suggestions for Bali Swing, ATV ride, etc. When we felt the first swing area was not stop interesting, he drove to another place which is 40min away. He always wanted us to be satisfied. Bali got extremely crowded traffic. He knows all the routes very well. He finds short cut routes to save our time. He can speak and understand English.
He never demanded extra money. Extremely polite person. Completely trustworthy person. I would recommend him too anyone who visits Bali.

Excellent and friendly service from Rio. I booked quite late but he had a driver organised for us for the next morning at 9am. We had a fantastic and easy day seeing the rice terraces and waterfall & Norman was lovely. I highly recommend.

Rio was a great guide! He took us to so many places we wouldn’t have known about. He is very kind and helpful. Had so much fun thanks to him. Would definitely recommend him to anyone who is going to visit Bali!

Driver was 35 minutes late due to road accident. Was notified only after being late. Driver showed up wearing a stained T shirt and shorts. Drivers English was hard to understand. When asked why is Monkey Forest so famous, he got upset and asked why we wanted to go repeatedly. Then said he was not a guide, not his job to answer questions. If we wanted a guide, we should have pay more. Driving was iratic, often in the middle of 2 lanes. Had to swerve into other lane to avoid hitting car in front. The company Rio did add a free hour to compensate for being late. We asked to stop at a supermarket on the way back to hotel, but was taken to Bali Collection where there is only a high end gift shop with some snacks and drinks. Maybe he did not understand what a super market is. It really could have been much better. Be warned, traffic to/from Ubud is insane. Of the 8 hours we had the car, we spent 4 in the car.

Not only was he our driver, but he kindly offered to take photos of us and gave us so much information about Bali (more so than paid tour guides). Wayan was our private driver. He was very accommodating, we weren’t locked into a pre organised itinerary instead we decided what we wanted to do on the go and Wayan was super helpful. He helped us take memorable photos and also ensure our comfort. I highly recommend.

I recommend this service for those who want to customize their tours especially their daily tours. They accomodate even a small number of people and it works very well for me and my mom. We also have a few requests (since we either want to exclude some tourists sites or minimize the activities in other sites) and our driver, Wayan, was kind and accomodating enough to our requests. It was also raining during our trip and had to face traffic jam in our way home but Wayan was patient and helped us through the tour until our hotel. For private personalized tours with patient and accomodating driver, I really suggest this service! Thank you so much again.
