This service is great at communicating plan! We booked through a different service when we arrived to Japan and the driver literally made me guess where he was. No guessing with this transportation service! They kept us in the loop with everything. The van itself was very clean and luxurious feeling. Would definitely use them again.

The company was in contact with us right away, after we made the reservation and we were communicating all the time.
The driver show up about 15 minutes prior yo the appointment. Which was a plus, we arrived a Narita within plenty of time.
I highly recommend this company. Great price and excellent service

The driver was on time. Surely he had been sleeping and smoking in the car, the car stinked of smoke. The driver did all he could not to use expressway, saving himself some money on toll. On top of that I had to watch him all the time as he fell asleep several times during driving, that was not safe at all. Will never use Viator again, this kind of service is not acceptable
