We stayed in a beautiful manor house B&B. The island was amazing and I would love to explore it more. I wish we had seen the Fairy Pools.

If it weren't for our tour guide Keith, this trip would have received a 5-star rating. Unfortunately, Keith's negativity, poor attitude, rudeness, and obvious disdain for tourists made the experience thoroughly unpleasant. While I understand that dealing with tourists can be challenging, especially for someone whose job is to provide enjoyable experiences, Keith openly expressed his dislike for us. He shamed people for asking questions and was consistently rude to the majority of the group. Instead of enjoying the majestic Isle of Skye, the trip became a test of endurance, exacerbated by the fact that Keith was nearly 45 minutes late starting the tour.

To be fair, Keith was knowledgeable and provided interesting insights during the distillery tour and when discussing Scotland's linguistic history. However, his commentary extended unnecessarily into personal matters, including details about his marriage and family dynamics, which left us uncomfortable.

After spending three days with him, it became clear why his family might prefer him away on tours.

We did the tour on June 13 to 15th 2024. Jim Divine was our driver and he was INCREDIBLE. There are a million amazing things we could say about our experience. Jim's knowledge, experience, passion and puns were unforgettable. He seemed to know how to beat the crowds, all the secret spots and how to make the most of our journey. The things we learned about Scotland's history and landscape will forever stick with us. From the moment we got on the bus, he made us feel welcome and entertained. His unstoppable stories and incredible memory of history were an unexpected bonus. The trip itself couldn't have had more packed into it. We saw such incredible landscapes, amazing castles, mountains and lochs. Truly a mind blowing experience.
Having a little more time in a few places would have been valuable to us.
Information about the service restrictions and how early restaurants close in Portree would have also been helpful to know ahead of time.
We would also recommend booking directly with Rabbie's Tours. We were unfortunately misled and didn't realize you could book direct, costing us several hundred dollars extra.
Overall, 100% would recommend Rabbie's Tours and if we ever end up in Scotland again we'd sign up in a second!!

SwaIn was a great tour guide. Lots of knowledge. Tour has lots of short stops(maybe too many) and a few longer ones. Eilean Donan Castle, Fairy Pools, and the Fairy Mountain were the highlights.

Isle of Skye was amazing. Our tour guide, Kelly “Queen of Scotland”, made it enjoyable, educational , and especially fun. She is an incredible story teller who has definitely found her calling as a Scotland guide. Highly recommend this tour particularly with Kelly.

Have to declare from the outset that I haven’t travelled with this bus tour. However, on a visit to the Isle of Skye, as a driver, I was appalled to see the standard of driving of one of their tour buses. We pulled in to let a car pass, and the bus driver overtook the car that was trying to pass us. Later, I assume the same bus was following us and started beeping his horn furiously, before flying past on a road which is barely wide enough for two vehicles.
I am so grateful I wasn’t on the bus, as I would have been so traumatised by the driving, i couldn’t possibly have enjoyed the trip.

Our tour guide, Cameron was fabulous! His stories, punctuality, wonderful accommodations, and breathtaking scenic backdrops made this trip a dream! From start to finish five stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We are a family of 5 from Singapore and visited Scotland in June 2024 for the first time. We joined the 3 day 2 night Isle of Skye Highland tour operated by Rabbies and it was one of the best tours we have had ever experienced!
A major factor was our wonderful driver/tour guide Lizzie. Lizzie was truly a gem. She was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and genuine.Lizzie is also a very safe, experienced and reliable driver . She entertained and enthralled us with her stories on Scottish history and legends throughout the drives and made us laughed with her jokes and great sense of humour. We will strongly recommend anyone to join Lizzie’s tours.
The weather was great too. We experienced sunshine, wind and drizzle and mist and hence saw the Highlands in all its splendor and awe and mystique due to the different weather. Thank you Lizzie and Rabbies for giving us such everlasting memories of the Scottish highlands hospitality…

My husband and I took the 3-day Isle of Skye tour and loved it! We had never done a group tour with strangers and had a lovely time. Our tour guide Lizzie was fantastic. Her passion for history and story-telling abilities know no bounds. She really got to know everyone in the group and tailored the tour to our interests.

The tour itself was thoughtfully planned and well paced. We really wanted to learn about the history of the Highlands and Scotland which is why we ultimately decided to take a tour and thanks to Lizzie, we know with confidence we made the right decision! The small group size was perfect so you didn’t feel like you were part of a huge, impersonal tour group.

We allowed Rabbies to book our accommodations as well and they were perfect. We stayed at a small B&B in Portree called Dunborradale. Callum and his wife were warm and friendly and the breakfast was top notch.

Definitely recommend this company. Everything was easy and well executed from start to finish with very responsive correspondence in between.

Willie was the best guide and I am sure there are many great guides out there from their team. From the reception of guest at the bus station, to the end of the tour, he handled everything professionally. We were well-taken care of during the entire trip and each day was packed with wonderful itinerary as decided best for the team. The driving was smooth and each explanation along the way was planned carefully and he shared his extensive knowledge with us. As he drove us along, he spoke through his audio system along the way, and every person was able to hear clearly due to the wonderful sound system in the car. He was also able to have a playlist of songs that suits the travel journey along the way, sometimes scottish music some instrumental, making it a pleasant ride. We were given choices at certain locations and that makes it flexible for us to decide what we can do. The driving from one point to another was smooth and without rush at each site. He would inform us the estimated time of arrival to the next point and the duration to the next toilet, which sets the passengers at ease all the time. Each day, we were greeted with a cheerful smile and the vibe along the way was positive and we all enjoyed it. We appreciate the wonderful work he has put in with his heart and what a gem is Willie representing Rabbie's team! We cannot ask for more!
