My friend bought two of these passes for 2 days and we were unable to use the passes at Universal Studios because you have to reserve entrance. We tried doing this but when we got to the verification part it involved slotting a virtual jigsaw piece into place. We tried numerous times and it did not work. We had to pay for entrance to Universal Studios which wasn't worth the money as a lot of it was under reconsruction. We used the pass for the zoo and the cable cars and a couple of other attractions with no problem.
My friend tried to call when in Singapore with no answer, and at home without reply. He has sent several emails outlining the issues with an automated reply but no refund in sight.
I wouldn't advise anyone to buy these in case they have the same experience we had. Extremely poor customer service.

Bought the all inclusive 3 day pass. Received an email back that processing time would be 4 hours. It’s been 8 hours now and counting, and no pass. After several calls and an email, finally someone answered from a call center in India, and was told it would that processing time would be up to another 4 hours. She sounded like speaking with an automated person, since she repeated the same thing over and over.
I read that the usual response when leaving a review on Trip Advisor is for the customer to email them. Shouldn’t they be reaching out to the customer?

Extremely poor customer service. No one answers to phone or chat. Only the worst chatbot in the history of mankind is available. Do not buy this.

Amazing way to explore a city.

We just loved visiting so many places and do so many activities that were part of all-inclusive pass.

This is now gonna be my permanent pass for any city I travel , going forward. Cheers.

Everything was going really well up until the point of me trying to book the tickets for universal studios. So the instructions were that you can only book on the day you plan to visit. So the studio open at 10am and I woke up at 8.30am to book the tickets. To my horror, the site says no tickets are available anymore. Nowhere on the site did it mention there are finite number of tickets or that I have to book them at a specific time. Called the company which emptied out all my credit as its international call but the phone cut off just as the person was going to tell me off..I can tell. Called universal studio who said they have no idea about this situation. Ended up buying the tickets ourselves which isn't cheap. Instructions regarding this needs to be clearer and its things like this that can make a trip disastrous.

The rest of the trip was pretty good. All we had to do was run up, present our passes and voila, we are in. We tried to hit as many attractions as possible but even then, still quite a few that we didn't manage to go. The food tours are very worth it and definitely recommend

The Go City Pass was a fantastic way to pack in so much in a short period time, BUT be prepared to plan out your days well in advance if you want to get the best value out of the pass. We did the 2 day pass and jammed in 9 different activities (a couple we had to book well ahead) where we got to see Singapore from every angle! An absolute must if you are happy to spend a bit of time planning.

Generally advantageous but support is slow and insufficient. I bought a 5 day full package. But they didn't count it as 120 hours. pay attention to this.

Definitely worth getting one of these passes if you are in Singapore for a few days. Lots of excursions to pick from, and the pass helped skip the queues at busy times. Only down side is you can only use it an attraction once, so no return visit possible.

This pass is a complete waste of money, unfortunately there is not enough time to complete attractions to get value for money. You are better to pay separately for each attraction. You got me this time but never again. If i can save someone the pain of being done over im happy.

When I bought the pass (we got the 7 attractions package for my husband, myself and our child, and the 4 attractions package for my parents), I thought it would be saving me time and nerves but far from this. For many of the attractions you have to go through a tedious process of calling or emailing and waiting on confirmation of a slot. For the duck tours (which is by the way completely overrated as well) we ended up booking it outside of the pass to make sure we could still get the slot we wanted. The whole process of redemption (for example at Gardens by the Bay, Zoo, bird paradise…) means you’ll have to wait in line forever just like anyone buying a ticket without pre booking. As I’m writing this right now, we are waiting for entry to the canopy park at Changi Jewel Concierge desk where they need to go through a painstaking manual data entry and ticket issuing process for each ticket, which takes about half an hour… only get this go city pass if you have tons of time to spare for waiting during your holidays…
