Hafid was an amazing guide. So knowledgeable and very entertaining. Even though Notre Dame was closed he knew so much about the church.

This was a horrible experience: First the local travel company requested we move our tour from 6;00 PM to 4:00 PM. We showed up early as requested for check-in with the tour guide at exactly the appointed place.
Next: NO TOUR GUIDE SHOWED UP, NOR ANY NOTIFICATION~~~
We had spent twenty two euros for a taxi ride, so we would be on-time. We arrived thirty minutes before the requested time. We waited in cold rain and drizzle for almost thirty minutes after. No one showed. When I tried to call the number of the local tour company, the phone rang and rang, until a recording in French. We gave up.

Was very informative and shared much information about both Notre Dame and Île de la Cité, and gave us inside info on best places to visit for treats, etc.
