A local permitted guide will show you all of the highlights of Acadia National Park!
We will pick you up and we’ll drive along the stunning 27-mile long Park Loop Road up to the summit of Cadillac Mountain, the highest peak on the eastern seaboard. From Cadillac you can see spectacular views of Bar Harbor and the surrounding islands.
See all of the famous sites on the Park Loop Road, including Cadillac Mountain, Rockefeller’s stone bridges & Carriage House, Otter Cliffs, Thunder Hole, and Sieur du Monts Gardens and Nature Center. See Sand Beach surrounded by the famous pink granite coastline.
We can stop and explore as long as you would like at each location. We will point out trailheads and carriage roads to see on your own.

The weather was foggy and rainy. Our guide, Mary, was knowledgeable and flexible. She did a good job despite the weather. Looking forward to returning someday to see the views. We’ll ask for Mary.

Had a great tour with Jeff! He was personable and knowledgeable and the tour offered us the perfect opportunity to get comfortable with the park before we braved it ourselves. We had a better experience on our own after seeing the parking situations and hot spots at different times throughout the park. We would definitely recommend this tour at the start of your trip if you are a first timer!! Also the history was really great…we actually purchased the book he suggested, Lost Bar Harbor, to read more about the history that interested us most.

Mary took us through a wonderfully historic and scenic tour of Acadia National Park. We were able to stop at the top sites, walk trails, explore gift shops and learned so much about the park that we would not have known by exploring on our own. We even planned our hike of the Ocean Trail with her for the next day. She was on time, informed and incredibly friendly. I loved being able to drive the whole park loop and figure out where we wanted to go the next day. I would highly recommend their services. Water and plenty of snacks were provided as well.

The 3 hour private tour was better than expected. We thought we would need to see more on another visit but we were able to pick and choose. Our tour guide was casual, efficient and knowledgeable. He was friendly and kept the conversation going with Maine, Acadia and Bar Harbor tidbits. We enjoyed our stops when we got out of the van. The time given was appropriate. Our tour guide shared drinks and snacks as well as provided restroom breaks. Would recommend for sure.

Absolutely amazing tour. We saw more in 3 hours than we could have seen in 2 days on our own. Our guide was friendly, fun and passionate about providing the best experience possible.

Fantastic tour with a local expert. Learned so much more and could appreciate the sites tremendously more with the personalized details about the area. Pete the tour guide was fantastic!
